A resume is simply a piece of document that represents your life (generally achievements) that you want the recruiter to know about you.
How To Write?
Here are some things that makes a ordinary resume:
- Name and Communication: Write this in the header. Looks much better.
- Object: Here, write the purpose of dropping the resume. Write it in s single line.[Assuming you submitted the resume at some office]
- Education: Your academic degrees are compiled into this list. However, this hasn’t got much significance once you’re are experience enough.
- Internships: If you’ve got any
- Other Achievements: You may want to add some extra bright achievements that may differ your profile from other candidates.
- Hobbies: Prefer writing hobbies that are considered more productive. Say: Blogging sounds much better than eating
Some Tips:
- Your recruiter is human. Generally, recruiters wood waste around 6 secs per resume. So write your best n only best stuff.
- Your recruiter is interested in you and not your family details.
- For freshers 1 page resume while for experience 2 pages is preferred.
- No matter how awesome you look, never add your photo on your resume.
- Have a professional email id in the communication block.
- Proof read your resume and make sure it has none grammatical /spell errors.
